01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 22jili website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the 22jili Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 22jili Platform, including registered members and visitors. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 22jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. 22jili strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 22jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 22jili Platform for any reason.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 22jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your 22jili account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify 22jili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

22jili will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

22jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

22jili supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine-based payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you deposit are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method used.
• You are not using the 22jili Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. 22jili may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but 22jili endeavors to process all approved withdrawals promptly.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

22jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus rules applicable to all 22jili promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device applies unless otherwise stated.

All games available on the 22jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

22jili uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, 22jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 22jili is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections, network failures, or device malfunctions on the player's end.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22jili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 22jili Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 22jili staff members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 22jili Platform without prior written consent from 22jili.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22jili and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

22jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

22jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to verification and applicable withdrawal procedures, unless forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 22jili support. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 22jili Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

22jili operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

22jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
